Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Auto Hail Claims Manager. As the Auto Hail Claims Manager, you will play a crucial role in assisting our customers throughout the insurance claims process, scheduling vehicle pickups and drop-offs, and ensuring efficient claims management. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders, providing exceptional service and guidance throughout the process.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner, serving as their primary point of contact throughout the claims process.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly, providing accurate information and guidance to customers.
  • Assist customers in navigating the insurance claims process, explaining procedures, and gathering necessary documentation.
  • Schedule and coordinate vehicle pickups and drop-offs, ensuring efficient and timely service.
  • Prepare and submit detailed estimates to insurance companies, adhering to established guidelines and procedures.
  • Follow up on insurance claims to ensure timely processing and payment, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to claims, payments, and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate closely with the repair team to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, insurance policies, and claim processing procedures.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or education in insurance or automotive fields is a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry or insurance claims handling.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with claims management software and office productivity tools.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary: $50,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
